With just under 1300 sq ft of living space, you'll find the perfect amount of space for a lovely desert vacation for up to 6 guests. This lovely unit shares only 1 common wall with the neighbors and sits a few hundred feet from one of the dozen community pools and hot tubs.
Within the unit you will find a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, in-home W&D, and TV in every room complete with basic cable and local stations. Step outside to find the spacious private patio complete with seating for 6 and a gas BBQ grill.
Desert Princess has an affordable 27-hole PGA Championship golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball, spa, and a restaurant. Guests can use all of these facilities for a fee.
This is a very quiet, golf neighborhood and one of the few in the City that allow and encourage short-term rentals. We hope to continue welcoming our guests that adhere to the rules of the community. There is no smoking of any kind inside the condo or on the patio. No cigarettes, no vaping and no cannabis. Sorry to be the bearer of that news, but we just want to keep this community as an active short-term rental space.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am. No use of outdoor amenities/activities.
-Vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked on property.
-No smoking inside home or on patio. Must be completely away from condo.
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
