Escape to our charming 1-bedroom dog-friendly ground floor condo, nestled in the serene Mesquite Country Club community. This beautifully appointed condo offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Key Features:
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
