The Space
The Marlon Blando blends modern comfort with the laid-back atmosphere Palm Springs is known for. The single-story layout offers bright and welcoming living spaces designed for relaxing after a day in the desert sun. Comfortable gathering areas flow easily into the outdoor spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience throughout the home. The kitchen is well-equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to evening meals at home, while the dining and lounge areas provide comfortable places to reconnect with family and friends. Guests also enjoy practical conveniences including central air conditioning, garage access, and a Level 2 EV charger available during non-prime hours.

A detached casita offers additional privacy for guests who prefer their own quiet retreat during the stay.

Outdoor Living
The backyard is the true highlight of The Marlon Blando. Framed by beautiful San Jacinto Mountain views, the outdoor space is designed for all-day enjoyment with sunny lounge areas, shaded seating beneath the pergola, and multiple gathering spaces for relaxing or entertaining. Spend afternoons floating in the pool, challenge your group to ping pong, grill dinner poolside, or unwind beneath the ambient evening lighting with cocktails and conversation. The fenced backyard provides a peaceful and private setting for enjoying the Palm Springs lifestyle.

Pool
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay.
Pool Heat Rates (per night):
• November–March: $75
• April, May, October: $50
Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. A 48-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Relax in the private hot tub, conveniently heated using easy controls. The hot tub is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but there is no additional charge to use it — even if pool heat is not selected. Simply activate it whenever you’re ready for a relaxing soak.

Location
Located in a convenient Palm Springs neighborhood near Sunrise Square Shopping Center, The Marlon Blando places you within walking distance of a grocery store, Starbucks, and several dining options. Downtown Palm Springs, hiking trails, golf courses, and local attractions are all just a short drive away.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750 per month utility surcharge will apply to help offset increased cooling costs during the summer months.

Dog-Friendly Stays
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
• Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
• Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies & Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• No outdoor music at any time; doors must remain closed if music is played indoors
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced outdoors from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
• No smoking inside the home
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older
• Guests are required to sign Ryson’s Terms and Conditions, and City Ordinances require a copy of a valid ID to be provided prior to arrival
