The Space

Large windows and sliding doors fill the home with natural light while framing beautiful views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The chef's kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring an oversized quartz island, premium appliances, generous prep space, and bar seating for casual meals or evening cocktails. The kitchen opens directly to the dining area and spacious living room, creating an inviting setting for gathering with family and friends. A second living area anchored by a dramatic marble fireplace offers an additional space to relax, watch a movie, or enjoy a quiet evening after a day exploring Palm Springs. For guests working remotely, the home also features a dedicated office workspace and high-speed internet.

Location
Movie Colony East is one of Palm Springs' most sought-after neighborhoods, known for its central location, beautiful homes, and easy access to the city's best attractions. Guests are just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, the Palm Springs Art Museum, acclaimed restaurants, boutique shopping, golf courses, hiking trails, and the vibrant Arenas District.

Pool
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. 

Dog Fees (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
• Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
• Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
