Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Roku TV, Hulu streaming, a classic turntable with a collection of vinyl LPs, and a selection of games and books. A full bath on this level includes a convenient washer/dryer combo. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the kitchen essentials to the luxurious linens, towels (for both home and pool use), and toiletries provided in the bathrooms. Additionally, an electric air pump and pickleball equipment are available for guests.

The upstairs primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a sumptuous king bed, an attached bathroom, and access to a spacious outdoor patio. While the suite is designed as a loft-style space without a locking door or full physical separation, it offers unmatched privacy as it occupies the entire upper level.

On the lower level, you’ll discover not one, but two inviting outdoor patios. The rear patio, overlooking the pristine golf course, is perfect for relaxing with a good book or grilling on the BBQ. The front patio, with its dining table and umbrella, provides a front-row seat to breathtaking sunset views over the mountains.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly. 

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
