As one of the first private gated golf communities in Palm Springs, Seven Lakes continues to provide outstanding activities and abundant amenities.
This condo is a single-story building with only one shared wall between neighbors. You will find floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the patio that looks out at the golf course. If you prefer a bit more privacy, there is an inner patio completely private with a dining table and BBQ grill.
Primary bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has both a queen bed and single/twin with a shared hallway bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked. Enjoy all the amenities of a hotel along with comforts of home. Unit is also located near the front of the community for easy in/out.
Come truly get a taste of classic Palm Springs golf life. The Seven Lakes community is renowned for its landscaping and serenity. The condo is located directly adjacent to the club house, putting green, and first tee on the golf course. Perhaps the best location in the whole complex! There are about 12 pools and 12 in-ground hot tubs in the complex and all are open to all guests.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+ years of age
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
