SUMMER UTILITY SURCHARGE
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. If you are booking a stay during those dates, this will automatically be added to your booking total.
DOG FEES (UP TO 2 DOGS/STAY)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
• Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
• Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Pool heat is available at 87º from 7am–7pm for an additional nightly fee:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May and October: $50/night
• Pool heat is generally not needed during the remaining months.
For stays of fewer than seven nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. At least 24 hours’ notice is required. When pool heat is purchased, we begin preheating the pool the day before arrival at no additional charge.
